By Bus (recommended)

From Kyoto Station: Please take any of those Shiei bus No. 3, 17, 102, 201 and 203.
Get off at Demachi Yanagi.

By train (from Kyoto station)

The nearest station is Demachi Yanagi on Keihan Dentetsu line.
Bondeiji is located 3 minute walk from the station.

Rout 1: Kyoto Stn. >> take Karasuma line (subway) to Shijo Stn. >> get outside and go to Karasuma Stn. on Hankyu Dentetsu, take a train to Kawaramachi >> get outside and go to Shijo Stn., take a train to Demachi Yanagi. Exit 1 or 2.

Rout 2: Kyoto Stn. >> take Karasuma line (subway) to Karasuma Oike Stn. >> get out of the ticket gate, then change to Tozai line (subway) to Sanjo Keihan Stn. >> get outside of the station, go to Sanjo Stn on Keihan line, take a train to Demachi yanagi Stn. Exit 1 or 2 Exit 1 and 2 are closed after 23:00, please take 3 or 4 instead.

There is no car park in Bonteiji, there is a coin park nearby (3 minute walk).
